CLIENT ON-SITE TRAINING

Much of the Business & Entrepreneurship Center's core training can be taken on-site and delivered to an entire group of employees at the same time. This ensures that each employee hears and understands the same messages. On-site training can also create a sense of shared vision and values toward management, as well as lend to the foundation of critical leadership skills which contribute to a sense of culture within the business. On-site training programs include the Customer Service Academy, Thrive & Survive, Supervisor's Series, and TiPs Training.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING / ADVISING

The Business & Entrepreneurship Center offers one-on-one counseling to business owners at no charge. The Business & Entrepreneurship Center has access to Business Advisors with a broad variety of expertise, including Business Planning, Marketing, Human Resources, Financing, Bookkeeping, and Financial Analysis.
